AAA Coating provides professional aluminium powder coating services to customers across Australia.
Our powder coating operation combines the efficiency and consistency of automated production with the experience and hands-on attention of our operators. This allows us to process substantial commercial quantities while maintaining the flexibility and personal service needed for smaller, more challenging and specialised work.
Our Automatic Powder Coating line can accommodate aluminium profiles up to approximately 8 metres in length, depending on the size and geometry of the section.
We are also able to powder coat larger and more complex profiles with our Manual Spray Booth and Batch Oven, with the oven having capacity of up to 50 cubic metres.
What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a durable finishing process in which a dry, electrostatically charged powder is applied to a prepared aluminium surface.
The coated material is then cured under controlled heat, allowing the powder to flow and form a continuous, durable finish.
With an extensive selection of colours, textures and finishes available, powder coating provides enormous design flexibility while giving aluminium a protective surface suited to a wide range of applications.
Preparation Matters
A quality powder coated finish starts well before the powder is applied.
Proper surface preparation is an essential part of achieving good adhesion, appearance and long-term performance. Our aluminium is prepared through a controlled pre-treatment process before moving into the coating stage.
By controlling the process from preparation through to application and curing, we can focus on producing a consistent, durable finished product rather than simply applying colour to aluminium.
Automated Efficiency. Hands-On Attention.
Our primary powder coating line combines automated application with the ability for our operators to manually touch up more challenging sections when required.
This gives us the production capability needed for larger commercial orders without removing the experienced operator from the process.
For specialised work, our manual batch capability provides additional flexibility for jobs that may not suit conventional production-line processing.

Colours & Finishes
We work with powder coating systems from leading manufacturers including Dulux and Interpon, giving customers access to an extensive selection of colours and finishes.
Depending on the selected powder range, options include different colours, gloss levels, textures, metallic effects and other specialty finishes.
Customers can nominate their required powder manufacturer, range and colour code when placing an order, and colour samples and charts are available to assist with selection.
Interpon & DULUX Approved Applicator
AAA Coating is proud to be an Interpon and Dulux Approved Applicator.
Our approved applicator status enables us to offer eligible warranty-grade Interpon and Dulux powder coating systems for projects requiring additional assurance and long-term performance.
