Our anodising line can accommodate aluminium profiles up to approximately 7.5 metres in length, depending on the size and geometry of the section.
what is anodising?
Anodising is an electrochemical finishing process that creates a controlled oxide layer on the surface of aluminium.
Unlike a coating applied over the surface, the anodised layer becomes an integral part of the aluminium itself. The result is a durable finish that improves corrosion resistance while retaining the distinctive metallic appearance and character of aluminium.
Anodising is widely used where a combination of appearance, durability and long-term performance is required.
our anodising process
Producing a quality anodised finish requires careful control throughout the entire process.
Aluminium is first securely racked onto our processing booms before being degreased to remove oils and surface contaminants. The material is then etched, producing the characteristic matte appearance of our anodised finishes.
The prepared aluminium is anodised to the specified thickness before moving through the appropriate finishing stages. Where a coloured finish has been selected, the aluminium is electrolytically coloured before sealing.
Once the anodising process is complete, the material is dried, inspected, packed and prepared for despatch.

A classic natural aluminium appearance that retains the metallic character of the material.
A subtle transition from natural aluminium into the bronze colour range.
A lighter bronze finish suitable for applications requiring warmth without a heavily darkened appearance.
A traditional mid-range bronze anodised finish.
A deeper bronze finish with a stronger visual presence.
A rich, dark bronze finish.
Our darkest anodised finish, providing a distinctive matte black appearance while retaining the characteristics of anodised aluminium.
Physical colour samples are available to assist with finish selection.

The appropriate anodising thickness will depend on the application and required level of performance. Our team can assist with selecting a suitable specification for your project.
Warranty options are available upon request for qualifying anodising work at 20 µm and above.
